Essential Oil Ingredients:

Cinnamon Oil 
Cinnamon is a well-known spice that helps support blood sugar levels, improves circulation, inhibits the production of new fat cells and aids in digestion.
Like most essential oils, you can use cinnamon oil in various ways;
  1. Inhale it straight from the bottle before your meals to suppress appetite or
  2. Diffuse 1-2 drops in the diffuser
  3. Apply cinnamon oil mixed with coconut oil topically (only diluted, as it is a spicy oil).

Ginger Oil 
Calms nausea and upset stomach.
Ginger has always been an excellent ingredient for improving the digestive system and helping to better absorb the nutrients.
Ginger has a powerful component called gingerol , which helps reduce inflammation in the intestines.
Gingerol also assists the gut absorb food nutrients better and protect our body from various diseases.
Also, there is a study done on rats that have proven ginger can assist in fighting obesity.
You can inhale the oil or apply topically on to your stomach. Moreover, you can use ginger oil as a salad dressing or add this ingredient when cooking beef or chicken with rice.
If you want to try drinking ginger oil, just add few drops of it in a cup of warm water, add honey and lemon juice for better taste.
Lemon Oil
Great for detoxification of the body, burns fat, aids digestion.
Lemon oil has countless benefits; it stimulates the body to breakdown the unnecessary fat, improves your mood , assists the digestive system and helps to relax.
Due to its special compound called limonene, lemon oil naturally helps the body to dissolve the fat. Moreover, this unique oil removes the toxins from the body, some of them accumulated in the fat cells.
There are several ways you can use lemon oil for weight loss; inhale it from the cotton ball soaked in the oil or add a few drops in a glass of water and drink it in the morning for better digestion.
You can also combine lemon oil with coconut oil and apply it to body areas where you notice built-up cellulite.
Peppermint Oil

The fruit itself has been a famous ingredient in various diets for quite a long time, and the grapefruit oil also has several useful properties for weight loss. Grapefruit essential oil may prevent bloating, reduce appetite, dissolve the excess fat in the body, and serve as a detoxifier.
Studies have confirmed that nootkatone, found in grapefruit, activates AMPK (AMP-activated protein kinase) that signals the body to use more sugar which then prevents extra fat from accumulating in the body.
By inhaling grapefruit oil, you will also benefit from great components such as limonene that may reduce the appetite and stimulate the fat-burning process.
Grapefruit oil can also be used as a natural remedy for cellulite treatment. It’s no wonder that a lot of anti-cellulite cosmetic products contain grapefruit component. You simply need to mix the grapefruit oil with some coconut oil and massage oil on target areas for five minutes every day.

What’s The Best Way To Use It?

Internally
Drink throughout the day

Mix 2-4 drops with 16oz of water and sip throughout the day to help keep you hydrated and reduce appetite cravings.
The bottle recommends to mix 8 drops with 16 oz of water, but the taste can be strong to some people, so start small and increase as you see fit.
Remember, no more than 12 drops should be taken internally per day!
Try a Health Shot If you’re having a strong craving for junk food, curb the craving by adding 1 – 2 drops to 1 oz of water and take as a health shot.
Speaking of health shots… I’m also a fan of turmeric health shots to help aid with weight loss!

Aromatically
Keep the bottle handy and smell throughout the day. The smell will uplift your spirits and can be used to energize and de-stress throughout the day as needed.
Or add 5-6 drops in a diffuser and keep on your desk or in your room. A diffuser is one of the easiest ways to get the therapeutic benefits from essential oils and it helps you fight stress, fatigue, and negative feelings while you are trying to change your lifestyle.

Topically
 Is a great oil to use topically on all of those problem areas that we wish would go away :)
Add 1 drop of Slim and Sassy blend  to a carrier oil (I prefer Fractionated Coconut Oil) and rub on affected areas.
Try this routine
  1. Dry Brush 
  2. Jump in the shower for some hot and cold hydrotherapy
  3. Pat yourself dry and rub Slim and Sassy on areas of concern
Note: Slim and Sassy is photosensitive so avoid direct sunlight on those areas for 6 - 12 hours.
